There are no basic site design templates. The two ways projects most often get set up in HotKey are the following:

(1) OceanMedia creates a custom design for you and then *creates* the templates by (a) slicing up the Photoshop image; (b) creating HTML from that; (c) re-organizing the HTML into the necessary files that define top, left, right, and bottom; (d) telling the database what those files are, colors, etc.; and (e) making changes to styles.css file for colors, fonts, and mouse-overs.

(2) OceanMedia accepts your custom design that you have built and give to us, hopefully in a Photoshop format but I've worked with other stuff. The rest, (a), (b), (c), etc.... Same as above.
